International festival „10.000 horses Anniversary at Capital city“

Dedicated to 20th anniversary of Beetle Club and 5th anniversary of V8 club

Scheduled programme

May 13th (Friday)
From 12:00 The main festival camp is open at “?žuolyn?“. GPS coordinates: 54.578845, 24.568078 (WGS)) google.maps. Welcoming and registering of participants.
18:00-20:00 „Air-cooled“ and „American“ contests at the camp.
20:00-22:00 Traditional “Bug soup” cooking and tasting.

May 14th (Saturday)
8:00-10:00 Morning routine and individual breakfast at the camp.
10:00-10:30 Departure to Vilnius (by small groups).
12:00-16:00 Car display at Vilnius center, Gedimino Avenue (segment between Cathedral and Kudirka Square).
12:30-14:00 Presentation of both clubs for Vilnius community and guests, contests and competitions.
14:00-16:00 Special guided bus tour through most spectacular places of Vilnius old town (only for festival participants).
16:00-16:30 Car parade through Vilnius (with Police escort).
16:30-17:30 Organized returning to main festival camp at “?žuolyn?“. Additional registering of participants.
17.30-18.30 Common dinner at the main camp (supplied by „Marceliuk?s kl?tis“).
19:00-19:30 Dog Show.
19:30-20:30 Traditional „Bug Auction”.
21:00-21:30 Awards ceremony of Special Nominations, inauguration of new Club Members.
21:30-23:00 Live Concert
23:00-… Disco until dawn

May 15th (Sunday)
Until 11:00 Common breakfast at the main camp (pateikia „Marceliuk?s kl?tis“)
11:00-12:00 Preparation for leaving, free time.
From 12:00 Climbing activities at „?žuolyn?s“ enterntainment park (extra pay)

Registration period
The online registration procedure will continue until 24:00 of May 8th, 2016. Later the registration will be possible only at the festival’s site on May 13th-14th, but in this case registration fees will be higher.
A list of registered participants will be published at vabalai.lt website every week until the end of the online registration.

Participation fees
The participation fee is 20 EUR for each adult person and 10 EUR for each child from 5 to 15 years old. Children up to 5 years old are free of charge.

Catering
All participants will get a dinner on Saturday evening and breakfast on Sunday morning. The rest catering is up to the participants.

All participants will get a palce for tent or camper/trailer. There are some accommodation rooms at „?žuolyn?“, they will be offered first to families with small children. If you need a room, please contact Erdvilas (+370 699 37588).
