June 5th (Friday)
From 15:00 Welcoming and registering of participants. The main festival camp is open at Kurtuv?nai Camping. GPS coordinates: 55.82701 23.04640 (WGS) > (maps.google)
19:00-20:30 Attractions for those who arrived (free choice):
- Excursion around Kurtuv?nai in 14-seat carriage;
- Bat watching at Kurtuv?nai Manor park.
21:00-23:00 Traditional “Bug soup” cooking and tasting.
June 6th (Saturday)
8:00-9:30 Morning routine and individual breakfast at the camp.
9:30-9:45 Preparation to leave for sightseeing tour.
10:30-12:00 Sightseeing tour in Kelm? Manor and car display for Kelm? inhabitatnts.
12:30-14:00 Sightseeing tour in Tytuv?nai. After that – light lunch and little rest hour.
15:00-16:30 Visit to Lithuanian Air Force Base in Zokniai. Formation and taking of collective symbolic Bug picture
17:00-18:00 Organized returning to main festival camp at Kurtuv?nai.
20:00-21:00 Traditional „Bug Auction”.
21:00-21:30 Awards ceremony of Special Nominations.
From 21:30… Entertainment programme at the barn.
June 7th (Sunday)
10:00-11:00 Common breakfast at the main camp
11:00-12:00 Preparation for leaving, free time. From
12:00 Relaxing walking-tour Kurtuv?nai - Jautmalk? (length - 4,7 km, duration - ~2 h).

Registration period
The online registration procedure will continue until 24:00 of May 31st, 2015. Later the registration will be possible only at the festival’s site on June 5th-6th, but in this case registration fees will be higher.
A list of registered participants will be published at vabalai.lt website every week until the end of the online registration.
Participation fees
The participation fee is 15 EUR for each adult person and 5 EUR for each child from 3 to 16 years old. Children up to 3 years old are free of charge.

The payment can be done:

Catering
All participants will get a Bug soup on Friday evening and free life-giving breakfast on Sunday morning. The rest catering is up to the participants.
Electric power
Everyone will be supplied of electric power according to their needs. This service is included in participation fee.
