June 6th (Friday)
From 16:00 Welcoming and registering of participants. The main festival camp is open at Kurtuv?nai Camping. GPS coordinates: 55.82701 23.04640 (WGS) >(maps.google)
19:00-20:30 Cognitive attractions for those who arrived (free choice):
- Bat watching at Kurtuv?nai Manor park;
- Excursion to Kurtuv?nai St. Jacob church and its catacombs;
- Horse riding (extra cost).
21:00-23:00 Traditional “Bug soup” cooking and tasting.
June 7th (Saturday)
8:00-10:00 Morning routine and individual breakfast at the camp.
10:00-10:15 Preparation to leave for sightseeing tour.
11:00-12:30 Sightseeing tour through most famous places of Šauk?nai and Užventis towns (Kelm? district).
13:00-14:00 Climbing up Mount Šatrija. After that – light lunch and little rest hour.
14:00-15:00 Formation and taking of collective symbolic Bug picture from the top of Mount Šatrija.
15:00-16:00 Organized returning to main festival camp at Kurtuv?nai.
16:00-18:00 Special show for Kurtuv?nai town community, contests and competitions. Awards ceremony afterwards.
19:00-20:00 Traditional „Bug Auction”.
19:00-21:00 Excursion-game for children „Horseshoe of luck“
20:30-21:30 Awards ceremony of Special Nominations and inauguration of new Club Members.
From 21:30… Disco party at the barn „From dusk till dawn…“
June 8th (Sunday)
10:00-11:00 Common breakfast at the main camp (supplied by the festival organizers)
11:00-12:00 Preparation for leaving, free time.
From 12:00 Relaxing walk along cognitive track around lake Juodl? (track length - 4,5 km, duration - ~3 val.) or visiting of Svil? springs.

Registration period
The online registration procedure will continue until 24:00 of May 31st, 2014. Later the registration will be possible only at the festival’s site on June 6th-8th, but in this case registration fees will be higher.
A list of registered participants will be published at www vabalai.lt website every week until the end of the online registration.
Participation fees (1 EUR = 3.4528 LTL)
The participation fee is 50 LTL for each adult person and 25 LTL for each child from 3 to 18 years old. Children up to 3 years old are free of charge.
Payment of fees
The payment can be done 2 ways:

• By cash: paying to Contact persons (see below)
Catering
All participants will get a Bug soup on Friday evening and free life-giving breakfast on Sunday morning. The rest catering is up to the participants.
Electric power
Everyone will be supplied of electric power according to their needs. This service is included in participation fee.
