May 23rd (Thursday)
From 14:00 - Settling in the main festival camp near Kavarskas (Anykš?iai district.). (GPS coordinates: 55.45654, 24.901659 (WGS)). Place >> in map.
May 24th (Friday)
16:00-18:00 - Participants gather in Anykš?iai town, Darius ir Gir?nas Street. Registration of participants.
18:00-20:00 - Special show for Anykš?iai community, contests and competition of Anykš?iai Mayor Cup. Awards ceremony afterwards. Later – organized and the police escorted transition to the main festival camp.
21:00-23:00 - Traditional “Bug soup” cooking and tasting.
May 25th (Saturday)
8:00-9:00 - Common breakfast at the camping area (supplied by the festival organizers).
9:00-9:15 - Briefing for sightseeing-touring rally.
9:15-10:15 - Preparation to leave for sightseeing-touring rally, start procedure. The cars start with
1 minute gap.
Until 13:00 - Sightseeing-touring rally by cars and on foot through the most beautiful and historical places of Kavarskas and Anykš?iai.
13:00-14:00 - Sightseeing-touring rally finish in Ni?ronys village, Anykš?iai distr. The finish and the car parking place is at The Horse Museum’s entrance (GPS coordinates: 55.573599, 25.086719 (WGS)).
14:00-15:00 - A guided tour in The Horse Museum.
15:00-16:00 - Lunch for participants - Lithuanian national cuisine (supplied by the festival organizers).
16:00-17:30 - Demonstration and teaching of ancient Lithuanian handicrafts like jewelry, pottery, smithery and texture, other activities such as horse or carriage riding, Bug attractions and contests.
17:30-18:30 - Coming back to the main festival camp.
19:30-20:30 - Traditional „Bug Auction”.
20:30-22:00 - Awards ceremony and inauguration of new Club Members.
22:00 - … Disco until dawn with DJ Džo Marija.
May 26th (Sunday)
10:00-11:00 - Common breakfast at the camping area (supplied by the festival organizers).
11:00-12:00 - Preparation for leaving, free time.
From 12:00 - Excursion to Puntukas Stone to commemorate The 80th Anniversary of Darius and
Girenas Trans-Atlantic flight.
Basic information on an international festival
Meeting date and place
The international festival "VW Bugs at Anykš?iai district 2013" will take place on May 24th-26th, 2013, in
Anykš?iai region, North-East of Lithuania.
Registration period
The online registration procedure will continue until 24:00 of May 19th, 2013. Later the registration will be possible only at the festival’s site on May 24th-26th, but in this case registration fees will be higher.

Registration fees (1 EUR = 3.4528 LTL)
Every participant shall pay 20 LTL for each adult person and 5 LTL for each child from 3 to 16 years old. Children up to 3 years old are free of charge.

The payment can be done 2 ways:

Catering
All participants will get free breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday afternoon the rally participants will be supplied by free dinner at The Horse Museum. The rest catering is up to the participants.
Desired participant number
Completing the registration form, you can specify the desired number of the participant. If the same number is preferred by few participants, it will be given to that person who registered earlier. A list of booked numbers will be published on www vabalai lt website every week.
Electric power
Everyone will be supplied of electric power according to their needs. This service is included in participation fee.
