Scheduled program

May 19th (Friday)
From 15:00 - Welcoming and registering of participants. The main festival camp is open at Gelgaudiškis. GPS coordinates: 55.080856, 22.979948 (WGS). Attention: arrival via Jaunimo str.
15:00-21:00 - free time, Bug market (bring your Bug parts and accessories with you ant try to sell it)
21:00-23:00 - Traditional “Bug soup” cooking and tasting
Till 01:00 - Dance

May 20th (Saturday)
8:00-8:30 - Wake-up, morning routine
8:30-9:30 - Organized breakfast (supplied by organizers)
9:30-9:45 - Starting the engines
10:00-14:00 - (by 2 groups) Car exhibition and special program at Gelgaudiškis Manor Park AND sightseeing tour through interesting places of Šakiai district (groups change each other)
14:00-18:00 - Show program for Gelgaudiškis residents and guests: Bug Taxi, Bug bowling, Lego Beetle etc.
16:00-till night - Bug market
18:30-19:30 - Traditional Bug Auction. Attention: this time only exceptional things wil be accepted for sale an auction
19:30-20:00 - Awards ceremony of Special Nominations
20:30-01:00 - Dance, dance, dance...

2017 05 21 (sekmadienis)
10:00-11:00 - Organized breakfast (supplied by organizers)
11:00-12:00 - free time, preparing to leave Gelgaudiškis
12:00 - Ball dances lesson at Gelgaudiškis Manor (additional cost, duration - ~2 hour).

Registration time
The online registration procedure will continue until 24:00 of May 14th, 2017. Later the registration will be possible only at the festival’s site on May 19th-20th, but in this case registration fees will be higher.
A list of registered participants will be published at vabalai.lt website every week until the end of the online registration.


Participations fees
The participation fee is:
- 15 EUR for each adult person
- 5 EUR for each child from 3 to 16 years old
- Children up to 3 years old are free of charge.
The payment can be done:

- By cash: paying at registration point


Catering
All participants will get a Bug soup on Friday evening and free breakfast on Saturday and Sunday morning. The rest of catering is up to the participants.

Accommodation
• in tent or camper on festival camping site – no reservation is needed.
• in a hostel inside Manor Park (WC and showers are shared). Contact person for reservation – Erdvilas, erdvilas(eta)vabalai.lt


Electric power
Everyone will be supplied of electric power according to their needs. This service is included in participation fee.
